Tirzepatide dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Tirzepatide dosage

The first dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist: it activates two gut-hormone pathways at once, and in a head-to-head trial it produced more weight loss than semaglutide (20.2% vs 13.7% at 72 weeks). Commonly reported: very strong appetite suppression and meals ending early, with nausea or tiredness for a day or two after the injection, mostly after dose increases. FDA-approved for diabetes (Mounjaro) and for weight management and sleep apnea (Zepbound).

Tirzepatide on your syringe

With a 10 mg vial and 2 mL of water (5 mg in every mL), on a 1 mL (100-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 2.5 mg, is 50 units; and the high end, 15 mg, needs more than this vial holds. 4 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
