A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.
A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.
A once-weekly GLP-1 and glucagon dual agonist from Innovent and Eli Lilly, approved in China in 2025 for weight management (as Xinermei) and type 2 diabetes; it is not FDA-approved. In the phase 3 GLORY-1 trial, people lost about 11% (4 mg) and 14% (6 mg) of their body weight at 48 weeks, and a 9 mg dose averaged about 17% at 60 weeks in GLORY-2. Commonly reported: strong appetite suppression and GI side effects after each step-up, much as with other weekly GLP-1s; user reports from outside China are still few.
With a 10 mg vial and 2 mL of water (5 mg in every mL), on a 1 mL (100-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 2 mg, is 40 units; and the high end, 6 mg, needs a stronger mix than one syringe holds. 5 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
