Dulaglutide dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Dulaglutide dosage

A weekly GLP-1 pen (Trulicity) for type 2 diabetes: it lowers blood sugar and, in people at cardiovascular risk, the combined risk of heart attack, stroke and cardiovascular death, and it comes in four ready-dosed pens. Its effect on weight is modest, about 1 to 5 kg on average in its diabetes trials depending on the dose, and it is not approved for weight loss. Commonly reported: steadier glucose readings and, for some, a smaller appetite, with nausea or loose stools mostly in the first weeks and after a step-up. FDA-approved since 2014, with more than a decade of use behind it.
