PepVault suits people running several compounds or a GLP-1 who also track bloodwork, weight, training or food, and want an AI coach that reads all of it: $44.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, or $9.99 a month, on iPhone. Of the apps here, MeAgain (34,536 ratings) and Shotsy (32,463) have by far the most US App Store ratings; both are built for GLP-1 medications. Among the peptide trackers, PeptidePal (4,698) and Pep AI (3,704) have the most, and Regimen and PeptIQ also track bloodwork. Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder and Injectly are free, and Regimen is free for one compound. PepCalc is a free calculator if you only need the reconstitution math.

Worth knowing: Built for GLP-1 medications: its App Store listing and website don't mention tracking other peptides such as BPC-157.

We compared eleven apps: the six with the most US ratings from a first list of ten peptide trackers, the four an AI assistant named most often when we asked it 15 common questions about peptide and GLP-1 tracking in September 2026 (MeAgain, Shotsy, Regimen and PeptIQ), and PepVault. It isn't every tracker on the store: PepKit (141 ratings) and Peptide Tracker & Calculator (543), for example, aren't in the table. After PepVault, apps are listed by number of US ratings; the two built for GLP-1 medications are marked, and PepCalc, a calculator without a dose log, comes last.
