A research range, not a dose for you.
Peptide tracking
The short answer
A peptide tracker keeps each compound on its own schedule, logs every dose with the site it went into, counts what's left in each vial, and reminds you when something is due. A stack is where it earns its place: BPC-157 once or twice a day, TB-500 twice a week and a weekly GLP-1 each run on their own clock. PepVault, our iPhone app, does all of that and keeps bloodwork, weight, training and food next to the protocol. The math for mixing a vial is free on this site, in the Reconstitution Lab.

Updated October 17, 2026. PepVault is our app.
Daily, twice a week, every few days, or on and off in cycles: a tracker holds each schedule and shows what's due today, so a twice-weekly shot doesn't drift. Log the dose and the time, and a missed dose shows as missed instead of disappearing.
A vial holds a set amount, so every dose you log takes its share. Counting down tells you when to mix the next one, before a dose comes up short. Note the date you mixed it, too.
Mix a vial in the Reconstitution LabRotating injection sites spreads the shots around. A log of each site makes the next one easy to pick.
See the spots in the Injection GuideReminders that follow each schedule (every morning, Mondays and Thursdays, every five days) keep a stack on time without a phone full of alarms.
Side effects, sleep, weight and bloodwork make sense next to what you took and when. Logged together, a pattern can show: a rough week after a change, or a marker that moved during a cycle.

It depends on what you run and what you want next to it. PepVault, our app, suits a stack or a GLP-1 tracked with bloodwork, weight, training or food, with an AI coach that reads all of it: $44.99 a year or $9.99 a month, with 7 days free on the yearly plan for new subscribers. Among the peptide trackers we compared, PeptidePal (4.7 from 4,772 ratings) and Pep AI (4.7 from 3,928 ratings) have the most US ratings, and Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder (4.9 from 2,604 ratings) is free. All thirteen apps are side by side at pepvault.app/best-peptide-tracker-apps.
Yes. Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder is free with no subscription, and Injectly is free. Regimen is free for one compound, and PepTracker's free plan covers 2 protocols. PepVault's calculators, Dose Guide and peptide library are free on the web with no signup; the iPhone app is PepVault Pro, with 7 days free on the yearly plan for new subscribers.
Yes. In PepVault each compound keeps its own schedule, reminders, vial and injection sites, and a blend in one vial shows as one line. The library's reference for BPC-157 is 200–500 mcg, 1–2× daily, and for TB-500 1–2.5 mg, 2× weekly: research ranges, not a dose for you.
Count it down. A vial holds its labelled amount, so each dose you log takes its share, and the doses left, and the day it runs out, follow from your schedule. PepVault keeps that count for every vial you track. To mix a new one, the Reconstitution Lab on this site shows the units to draw for your vial, water and dose, free and with no signup.
Not yet: PepVault is iPhone-only. The calculators, the Dose Guide and the peptide library on pepvault.app work in any browser, Android included.
