BPC-157 dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

BPC-157 dosage

A peptide derived from a protective protein in your stomach. In animal studies it speeds the repair of tendons, ligaments, muscle and gut lining, and it works partly by growing new blood vessels. Commonly reported: faster recovery from tendon and ligament injuries, and a calmer gut. It's one of the most widely used peptides in the community; the human studies so far are three small uncontrolled pilots.

Dose range
200–500 mcg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
1–2× daily: Once or twice daily
A typical run
4–12 weeks. Typically 4–12 weeks. Many run until injury resolves then stop. Some run indefinitely at lower doses. Opinions vary widely.
How it’s taken
Vial: SubQ injection, IM injection, Oral (less studied)
Evidence
Emerging: Primarily preclinical / limited human data
Half-life
~4–6 hours (community estimate for SubQ; not measured in people: in rats and dogs it cleared in under 30 minutes)

BPC-157 on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 200 mcg, is 8 units; and the high end, 500 mcg, is 20 units. 25 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
