Thymosin Beta-4 dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Thymosin Beta-4 dosage

The full-length version of the protein TB-500 is cut from. In animal studies it speeds tissue repair, supports new blood vessel growth and helps cells survive under stress, and the whole protein carries signals the fragment lacks. Commonly reported: less nagging joint and soft-tissue pain and stiffness over a few weeks, and sometimes tiredness for a day after injecting. Its human trials are small eye-drop and skin-gel studies; injected use for injuries hasn't been tested in people.

Dose range
2–2.5 mg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.

A typical run
Shorter cycles than TB-500 typical — 4–6 weeks. Less community data than TB-500 fragment.
How it’s taken
Vial: SubQ injection, IM injection
Evidence
Emerging: Primarily preclinical / limited human data
Half-life
~0.5–2 hours (given IV to healthy volunteers)

Thymosin Beta-4 on your syringe

With a 10 mg vial and 2 mL of water (5 mg in every mL), on a 0.5 mL (50-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 2 mg, is 40 units; and the high end, 2.5 mg, is 50 units. 5 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
