PepVault is a peptide & GLP-1 protocol tracker for iPhone — log doses with the Liquid Log dial, manage stacks, plan titrations, track vials and supply, and lean on a 79-compound library. Works alongside an Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound prescription. An AI coach reads your protocol alongside your training, nutrition, recovery, and bloodwork. A private research and tracking tool, rated 4.9 on the App Store. 7 days free on the yearly plan for new subscribers; the in-browser demo, calculators and reference library are free with no signup.
The app’s own components, running here: hold the dial, and the active level under it climbs.
Every vial at its real level, so you mix a new one before it runs out.
Each compound across the weeks, with the next step-up already on it.
Works with every GLP-1: Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza, Trulicity, semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, liraglutide, dulaglutide. Brands and generics, in pens, vials and tablets. Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza and Trulicity are trademarks of their respective owners; PepVault is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.
PepTalk knows your doses, vials, supply and injection sites.
A conversation from the demo: every detail in it comes from the demo’s own logs. PepTalk never writes a personal prescription.
Add a panel, see where each value sits, and take the PDF report to your doctor.
A smoothed line through every weigh-in, and weigh-ins from Apple Health log themselves.
Meals count toward your protein target, then calories.
Dosing questions get ranges, trials and your own numbers.
We don’t sell your health data or share it for advertising.
Log a dose without a signal, and catch up on missed days.

PepVault is a peptide and GLP-1 protocol tracker for iPhone. You log doses and titrations, track your vials and supply, rotate injection sites, and track bloodwork, weight, training, food and recovery in one place. PepTalk, the AI coach, reads all of it before it answers. It syncs with Apple Health, Whoop and Oura, logs offline, and makes a PDF report for your doctor. It's a private tracking and research tool, not medical advice.
No. PepVault is a private research and tracking tool — it helps you log, organize and understand your own protocol. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and nothing in it replaces a qualified clinician. In the library, every research insight carries its evidence tier, so you can judge it for yourself.
Yes. Your protocol data is yours: private by design and exportable anytime. We don't sell your health data or share it for advertising; the services that run the app process it only on our behalf, and the privacy terms name each one. This marketing site takes no payment and asks for nothing to try the demo, so there's no account to hand over just to look around.
79 in the app, 69 of them with a free guide on the web: peptides like BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and Ipamorelin, GLP-1s including semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide (so it works alongside an Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound prescription), and hormone protocols like TRT (testosterone, HCG). Each has its reference dose range and the source behind it, and its research insights carry their evidence tier. Track what your clinician prescribed alongside your bloodwork.
Yes. PepVault tracks a prescribed GLP-1 — semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) or tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) — next to anything else you run: the titration schedule, weekly reminders, injection sites, weight trend and bloodwork in one place. It records the schedule you and your prescriber set; it doesn't recommend doses.
Everything on this site is free with no signup — the in-browser demo, the reconstitution and titration calculators, and the full reference library. Running your own protocol in the iPhone app is Pro: $44.99 a year (about $3.75 a month) or $9.99 a month, covering tracking plus the PepTalk AI coach, bloodwork and body analysis, and Apple Health, Whoop and Oura sync. Pro comes with 7 days free on the yearly plan for new subscribers. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you aren’t charged.
Not yet. PepVault is iPhone-only today. The free calculators, the peptide reference library and the in-browser demo on pepvault.app work in any browser, including on Android.
No signup, no credit card, no app install. The demo runs right in your browser using the real app components — hold the dial and the dose draws from the vial, the supply drains, and the pharmacokinetic curve responds. It's the actual product, not a video.
Yes, on the web: the reconstitution calculator at pepvault.app/tools/reconstitution-calculator is free with no signup, and gives the units to draw, the concentration and the doses per vial for your vial, water and dose. The iPhone app tracks the doses you enter, your vials and the doses each vial has left.
Every insight in the library is tagged by evidence tier — randomized controlled trials, clinical studies, animal research, and community-reported experience — including 2023–2026 trial data. You see how strong the evidence behind a claim is, rather than a flat claim.
No. PepVault is an iPhone app (pepvault.app) for tracking peptide and GLP-1 protocols. It isn't related to other websites, stores or products that use the PepVault name, and it doesn't sell, source or recommend peptides or vendors.
