A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.
A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.
Eleven amino acids copied from the water-facing side of one helix in erythropoietin, the hormone that drives red-cell production — residues that sit side by side on that face, strung into a new chain rather than a stretch cut out of the hormone. That face reaches a repair receptor and misses the red-cell receptor, so it keeps EPO's tissue-protective half of the signal without the thickened blood. It is the one compound in this library whose human trials are specifically about nerve symptoms. Commonly reported: burning and tingling settling over the first one to two weeks, often with nothing to feel for a while first; one user who ran it for a pinched nerve noticed no change. Four small randomized trials exist and no approval.
With a 10 mg vial and 2 mL of water (5 mg in every mL), on a 1 mL (100-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 1 mg, is 20 units; and the high end, 4 mg, is 80 units. 10 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
