VIP dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

VIP dosage

A neuropeptide your body uses to relax blood vessels and steer immune signaling; in animal studies it's a powerful anti-inflammatory. It's used mostly as a nasal spray in protocols for chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS) and mold illness. Commonly reported: flushing or lightheadedness soon after a dose, especially early on, and for people on those protocols a slow lift in brain fog and fatigue over weeks to months. The human evidence is small open-label case series.

Dose range
50 mcg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
2× daily: 2x daily, intranasal
A typical run
Used in defined cycles in CIRS protocols, often 4+ weeks. Practitioner guidance recommended.
How it’s taken
Nasal spray: Intranasal (primary), SubQ injection
Evidence
Moderate: Animal studies + some human data
Half-life
~2 min IV; intranasal lasts longer locally

VIP on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 5 mL of water (1 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 50 mcg, is 5 units. 100 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
