A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.
A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.
One of the smallest bioactive peptides: three amino acids from the tail end of α-MSH. In cell and mouse studies it's a powerful inflammation regulator that enters cells and blocks NF-κB, the master switch for inflammatory signals; the appeal is calming inflammation without the broad immune suppression of steroids. Commonly reported: a calmer gut and calmer skin. No human study has tested it yet.
With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 100 mcg, is 4 units; and the high end, 300 mcg, is 12 units. 50 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
