Ac-SDKP dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Ac-SDKP dosage

The first four amino acids of thymosin beta-4, sold as a 'TB-500 fragment' though it isn't part of TB-500. In rodent studies it calms inflammation and scarring in the heart, kidneys and lungs and helps new blood vessels form; no study has looked at tendons or ligaments. Commonly reported: community data are sparse, and users who report on it describe it much like TB-500, a gradual easing of soft-tissue aches.

Dose range
250–750 mcg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
EOD: EOD or twice weekly.
A typical run
6-8 week cycles typical. Preferred over full TB-500 by some for targeted tendon/ligament work.
How it’s taken
Vial: SubQ injection
Evidence
Emerging: Primarily preclinical / limited human data
Half-life
~4.5 min (measured in healthy volunteers after IV; cleared by ACE, and a SubQ dose peaks in about 15 minutes)

Ac-SDKP on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 250 mcg, is 10 units; and the high end, 750 mcg, is 30 units. 20 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
