Semaglutide (oral) dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Semaglutide (oral) dosage

Semaglutide as a daily tablet instead of a weekly shot, FDA-approved as Rybelsus (3, 7 and 14 mg) and Ozempic tablets (1.5, 4 and 9 mg) for type 2 diabetes and as Wegovy tablets (up to 25 mg) for weight management. Commonly reported: the strict morning routine is the hardest part, and nausea after each dose step feels much like the injection. Each line has its own dose steps, so log the strength on your pack.
