SLU-PP-332 dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

SLU-PP-332 dosage

An experimental "exercise mimetic": a small molecule (not a peptide) from a St. Louis-based academic team that switches on the ERR receptors behind mitochondria and endurance. In mice it lengthened treadmill runs by about 70% and cut fat gain without changing food intake, but it has never been tested in people, and its developers report it lacks oral bioavailability, so what a capsule delivers is unknown. Commonly reported: some users describe cardio feeling easier, without getting as gassed; others notice nothing.

Dose range
250–1000 mcg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
Daily
A typical run
About 8 weeks (community runs). Community runs commonly last about 8 weeks with about 4 weeks off; no study has tested any schedule in people.
How it’s taken
Taken by mouth: Oral capsule
Evidence
Emerging: Primarily preclinical / limited human data
Half-life
Unknown: never measured in people; in mice, levels in muscle were about three times those in blood 2 hours after an injection
