Sermorelin dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Sermorelin dosage

A synthetic copy of the first 29 amino acids of your natural growth hormone releasing hormone: it prompts your pituitary to release its own GH, keeping the body's feedback loops in play. Commonly reported: deeper sleep and vivid dreams in the first weeks, with gentle, slow-building effects, milder than CJC/ipamorelin. It was FDA-approved as a diagnostic test (1990) and to treat GH deficiency in children (1997) until the maker discontinued it in 2008, not for safety reasons.

Dose range
200–500 mcg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
Daily: Daily, before bed
A typical run
3–6 months. 3–6 months common; considered a more physiological approach so longer cycles are used.
How it’s taken
Vial: SubQ injection
Evidence
Established: Clinical trials or FDA-approved use exists
Half-life
~11–12 min (US Geref label, after IV or SubQ)

Sermorelin on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 200 mcg, is 8 units; and the high end, 500 mcg, is 20 units. 25 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
