Hexarelin dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Hexarelin dosage

One of the most powerful GH secretagogues, with a catch: the response fades. Hexarelin gives some of the largest GH spikes, but with daily use the response drops partly over weeks and recovers after a break. Commonly reported: a strong effect at first, flushing or a head rush after injecting, and water retention with some hunger (less than GHRP-6). In rats it also protected the heart through a pathway independent of GH.

Dose range
100–200 mcg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
2–3× daily: 2–3x daily
A typical run
Community protocols keep cycles short (4–6 weeks) because the GH response fades partly with ongoing use; in a 16-week study it recovered after 4 weeks off. Always cycle off.
How it’s taken
Vial: SubQ injection
Evidence
Moderate: Animal studies + some human data
Half-life
~55–70 min (community estimate; not measured in people: in rats it lasted ~76 minutes, in dogs ~2 hours)

Hexarelin on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 100 mcg, is 4 units; and the high end, 200 mcg, is 8 units. 50 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
