Ipamorelin dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Ipamorelin dosage

Considered the 'cleanest' growth hormone stimulator: in animal studies it triggers the pituitary to release GH without raising cortisol, a side effect common with other GH peptides. Commonly reported: deeper sleep and vivid dreams first, then better recovery, skin quality and gradual body-composition changes, with milder hunger than GHRP-6. Its human data are a small GH study and phase 2 trials in surgical patients; it was never approved.

Dose range
200–300 mcg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
2–3× daily: 2–3x daily, best fasted or before bed
A typical run
8–16 weeks. Commonly 8–12 weeks on, 4 weeks off to avoid receptor desensitisation. Some run longer with breaks.
How it’s taken
Vial: SubQ injection, IM injection
Evidence
Moderate: Animal studies + some human data
Half-life
~2 hours (measured in healthy men, given IV)

Ipamorelin on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 200 mcg, is 8 units; and the high end, 300 mcg, is 12 units. 25 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
