The shorter-acting version of CJC-1295, meant to give sharp, pulse-like GH release. Almost always stacked with Ipamorelin: together they release more GH than either alone, a synergy well established for the two drug classes. Commonly reported: a flush or head rush within minutes of injecting, deeper sleep and vivid dreams early on, and mild water retention over the weeks. The no-DAC form itself has no published human studies.
With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 100 mcg, is 4 units; and the high end, 200 mcg, is 8 units. 50 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
