CJC-1295 no DAC — dosage, half-life & reference guide
Growth hormone peptide · also known as Modified GRF 1-29, Mod GRF 1-29, CJC-1295 without DAC
The shorter-acting version of CJC-1295 that creates sharp, natural-feeling GH pulses rather than sustained elevation. Almost always stacked with Ipamorelin — together they amplify each other's GH release beyond what either achieves alone. The most commonly prescribed peptide stack in anti-aging clinics.
Commonly-researched dose ranges
CJC-1295 no DAC is commonly researched at 100–200 mcg, 2–3x daily, by SubQ injection. These are reference ranges from the literature and community use, not a prescription.

Safety & interactions
CJC-1295 without DAC (mod GRF 1-29) is a short-acting GHRH analog; a study of CJC-1295 in healthy adults found subcutaneous dosing produced dose-dependent GH/IGF-1 increases and was safe and relatively well tolerated at 30-60 mcg/kg. Commonly observed research effects are transient water retention, increased hunger, flushing, headache, tingling/numbness in the hands, and possible effects on glucose/insulin sensitivity from GH/IGF-1 elevation; the no-DAC form clears within hours, so these tend to be shorter-lived. Long-term human safety data are limited. Discuss IGF-1 and glucose monitoring with your clinician.
