Sermorelin — dosage, half-life & reference guide
Growth hormone peptide · also known as GHRH 1-29, GRF 1-29
A synthetic copy of the first 29 amino acids of your natural growth hormone releasing hormone. Sermorelin works by training your pituitary to produce more GH on its own, making it one of the most physiological approaches to GH optimization. Slower onset than newer peptides, but with the longest safety track record — it was FDA-approved as a diagnostic tool from 1997 to 2008.
Commonly-researched dose ranges
Sermorelin is commonly researched at 200–500 mcg, daily, before bed, by SubQ injection. These are reference ranges from the literature and community use, not a prescription.
