GHRP-2 — dosage, half-life & reference guide
Growth hormone peptide · also known as Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2, Pralmorelin
A potent growth hormone secretagogue — stronger than Ipamorelin but with more side effects. GHRP-2 triggers significant GH release and IGF-1 production, but also raises cortisol and prolactin to some degree. Less appetite stimulation than GHRP-6, making it a middle-ground option.
Commonly-researched dose ranges
GHRP-2 is commonly researched at 100–300 mcg, 2–3x daily, by SubQ injection. These are reference ranges from the literature and community use, not a prescription.
