A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.
A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.
A long-acting growth hormone releasing hormone analogue: the DAC modification extends its half-life to about a week, so one weekly injection keeps GH and IGF-1 raised, lifting baseline GH while natural pulses continue. Commonly reported: water retention and puffiness, sometimes tingling hands, over the first weeks, and tiredness in the days after the shot. Its human data are two small phase 1 studies; it was never approved.
With a 10 mg vial and 2 mL of water (5 mg in every mL), on a 0.5 mL (50-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 1 mg, is 20 units; and the high end, 2 mg, is 40 units. 10 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
