GHRP-6 dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

GHRP-6 dosage

One of the first growth hormone releasing peptides, with one standout effect: strong appetite stimulation. Commonly reported: intense hunger soon after a dose, water retention and puffiness, and a head rush or flush after injecting. Useful for people who want to eat more, but the hunger can be overwhelming for those trying to stay lean. Also raises cortisol and prolactin.

Dose range
100–300 mcg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
2–3× daily: 2–3x daily
A typical run
8–12 weeks. Strong appetite effect means some cycle more conservatively.
How it’s taken
Vial: SubQ injection
Evidence
Moderate: Animal studies + some human data
Half-life
~20 min

GHRP-6 on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 100 mcg, is 4 units; and the high end, 300 mcg, is 12 units. 50 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
