A synthetic version of a pineal gland extract studied extensively in Russian longevity research. Epitalon activates telomerase — the enzyme that rebuilds the protective caps on your chromosomes that shorten with age. It also helps regulate melatonin production, which supports your sleep-wake cycle and has antioxidant effects.
Commonly-researched dose ranges
Epitalon is commonly researched at 5–10 mg, daily for 10–20 day cycles, by SubQ injection, IM injection. These are reference ranges from the literature and community use, not a prescription.
