Adamax Dosage, half-life & reference guide
A modified Semax, built to last longer and get into the brain more easily: an acetyl group at one end of the chain and an adamantane group at the other. No study has tested Adamax itself, and its creator says it was developed without research of any kind, so what is known is borrowed from Semax, which raises BDNF and nerve growth factor in rats and is used in Russia for stroke recovery.

How it works.
A modified Semax, the seven-amino-acid nootropic derived from ACTH, with an acetyl group added at the start of its chain and an adamantane group at the end. Adamantane is a bulky, fat-soluble carbon cage, there to make the peptide more stable and fat-soluble, so it lasts longer and gets into the brain more easily. The rest is borrowed from Semax, which in rats raises BDNF and NGF and is used in Russia for stroke recovery. No study has tested Adamax itself, so all of this is its design and its parent's data.
Commonly reported: Focus, alertness or motivation within hours for some, a clearer response after several days for others, and little or nothing for some; headaches, irritability and sleep changes are the usual complaints.

Day 1–3Community
Some feel it within hours
Commonly reported: focus, alertness or motivation within hours of a dose for some users, and nothing much yet for others. A line on how you feel each day gives you an honest read to compare against later.

Day 3–14Community
A clearer read after several days
Commonly reported: for some the response turns clearer and steadier after several days, and some notice little or nothing at all. Headaches, irritability and sleep changes are the usual complaints.

What Adamax is built on
A Semax with two additions: an acetyl group at one end and an adamantane group at the other, built to last longer and reach the brain more easily. No study has tested Adamax, in animals or people, and its creator says it was developed without research of any kind; what is known comes from Semax and from users.
The science
Semax, its parent, is a seven-amino-acid peptide derived from ACTH and used in Russia for stroke recovery; in rats it raises BDNF (Dolotov 2006) and NGF (Agapova 2007). Reference sites describe Adamax's adamantane group as borrowed from P21, whose design carries an adamantylated glycine (Li 2010). The creator's account is quoted by Jay Campbell (2026). Adamax's half-life, brain levels and safety have never been measured.

With SelankCommunity
Drive, with Selank for calm
Commonly reported: Adamax is paired with Selank the way Semax is, Adamax for focus and drive and Selank for calm. No study has tested the pair.
The science
The pairing copies Semax + Selank: in rat studies Semax raises BDNF (Dolotov 2006) and Selank changes GABA-A receptor gene expression (Volkova 2016). Nothing has been measured for Adamax.

No published study of Adamax exists. Timelines are what users commonly report; the mechanism is its design and its parent Semax's research.

Interactions
No interaction studies exist. In rats its parent Semax acts on serotonin and dopamine signalling, so antidepressants, stimulants and other psychiatric medicines are worth raising with your clinician.
Safety notes
No safety data exist: its creator says Adamax was developed without research of any kind, so its side effects are known only from user reports, and nothing is known about long-term use. The changes to the molecule mean Semax's own record doesn't simply carry over. Discuss with your clinician before use, particularly during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
