Gonadorelin — dosage, half-life & reference guide
Sexual health peptide · also known as GnRH, Gonadotropin-releasing hormone, Gonadorelin acetate
A synthetic version of the hormone your hypothalamus uses to signal your pituitary to release LH and FSH — the hormones that drive testosterone production and fertility. Most commonly used alongside testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to maintain testicular function and prevent atrophy. Pulsatile dosing (2-3x/week) is critical — daily use causes the opposite effect.
Commonly-researched dose ranges
Gonadorelin is commonly researched at 100 mcg, 2–3x weekly (pulsatile), by SubQ injection. These are reference ranges from the literature and community use, not a prescription.
Half-life
Estimated half-life: ~2–10 min. See how it accumulates in the half-life calculator.
Safety & interactions
Commonly reported effects: generally well tolerated, injection site reactions, headache, receptor desensitization with daily use. Discuss with your clinician.
