Gonadorelin dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Gonadorelin dosage

A synthetic version of the hormone your hypothalamus uses to signal your pituitary to release LH and FSH — the hormones that drive testosterone production and fertility. Most commonly used alongside testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with the aim of maintaining testicular function; no published trial has tested that use. Commonly reported: some users on TRT say it helps keep testicular size and fullness compared with TRT alone, and many describe it as weaker than hCG. It's usually injected 2–3 times a week; what shuts the system down is constant exposure (like a drip or long-acting GnRH drugs), not daily use.

Gonadorelin on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 3 mL of water (1.67 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 100 mcg, is 6 units. 50 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
