A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.
A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.
An FDA-approved, as-needed treatment for low sexual desire in premenopausal women that acts through brain melanocortin receptors rather than blood flow (flibanserin/Addyi is the other, daily option). Small early studies in men showed erection effects. It's a per-dose compound, taken 1-2 hours before the desired effect. Commonly reported: a noticeable rise in desire and arousal an hour or so after dosing (men often describe firmer or spontaneous erections), nausea that is often worst with the first dose, facial flushing, and headache on dosing days. Frequent use can cause skin darkening.
With a 10 mg vial and 2 mL of water (5 mg in every mL), on a 0.5 mL (50-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 0.5 mg, is 10 units; the start, 1.25 mg, is 25 units; and the high end, 2 mg, is 40 units. 20 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
