Kisspeptin-10 dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

Kisspeptin-10 dosage

A hypothalamic neuropeptide that sits upstream of GnRH in your hormonal cascade — it's the signal that tells your brain to start producing reproductive hormones. In men, kisspeptin-10 raises LH within 30–60 minutes and testosterone over the following hours; it relies on your own GnRH neurons still working. Research-stage, with fertility trials recruiting. Commonly reported: a libido or mood lift within hours of a dose for some, while many find the effects subtle or short-lived.

Kisspeptin-10 on your syringe

With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 50 mcg, is 2 units; and the high end, 500 mcg, is 20 units. 100 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
