SNAP-8 dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

SNAP-8 dosage

A skincare peptide built as a longer version of Argireline. It copies a piece of the protein nerves use to tell muscles to contract, so the small muscles that fold expression lines pull a little less. Its evidence is the manufacturer's own tests and two small studies where it was one ingredient among several. Commonly reported: a subtle softening of crow's feet and forehead lines after about a month of daily use, much milder than a toxin injection; irritation is uncommon.

Concentration
3–10% (research range). The share of the supplier's SNAP-8 solution in a finished serum or cream (its use level), not a dose; the solution itself holds 0.05% of the peptide. Not a recommendation.
How often
1–2× daily: Once or twice daily
A typical run
Ongoing (studies ran 4–12 weeks). Used daily as part of a skincare routine rather than in cycles. The published studies that included it ran 4 and 12 weeks.
How it’s taken
On the skin: Topical (serum or cream), Microneedle patch
Evidence
Emerging: Primarily preclinical / limited human data
Half-life
Not measured (a topical cosmetic ingredient; no human pharmacokinetic data)

SNAP-8 on your syringe

Applied to the skin in a serum or cream, so there’s nothing to draw.
