NMN dose guide

A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.

A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.

NMN dosage

A direct precursor to NAD+, a molecule essential for cellular energy, DNA repair, and the activity of longevity-linked sirtuin enzymes. NAD+ falls in some tissues with age, and NMN reliably raises blood NAD+; small trials show modest, inconsistent functional effects. Commonly reported: subtle or no noticeable effect for many users, and a mild lift in daytime energy and stamina for some. Taken orally as a daily supplement — not a peptide, but universally tracked alongside longevity peptide protocols.

Dose range
250–1000 mg (research range). Studied in research — not a recommendation.
How often
Daily
A typical run
Most take continuously without cycling. Some cycle 3 months on / 1 off. Oral supplement — lower risk profile. Often stacked with resveratrol, which isn't in this library.
How it’s taken
Taken by mouth: Oral, Oral sublingual (for better absorption)
Evidence
Moderate: Animal studies + some human data
Half-life
Short (converted quickly)
