A peptide dosage chart, one peptide at a time: its dose range, how often it’s taken, a typical run and the units on your syringe. All 69 peptides in the PepVault library.
A community reference, not medical advice. Each range is what has been studied or is commonly run, never a dose for you.
NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell needs to turn food into usable energy, and the molecule your sirtuin "longevity" enzymes and DNA-repair machinery run on. Levels fall in some tissues with age, and supplementing aims to top the pool back up. Commonly reported: a lift in energy and mental clarity within days, and flushing or nausea when it goes in too fast. Most human evidence is for the oral precursors (NMN and NR); injected NAD+ is popular but has little controlled data.
With a 10 mg vial and 2 mL of water (5 mg in every mL), on a 1 mL (100-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 50 mg, needs more than this vial holds; and the high end, 100 mg, needs more than this vial holds. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
