A synthetic peptide based on tuftsin, an immune molecule your spleen naturally produces. In small Russian trials it eased anxiety about as well as benzodiazepine comparators, and no dependence has been reported, though it hasn't been formally studied. In rats it modulated GABA receptors and raised BDNF (a brain growth factor). Commonly reported: calmer and less socially tense without feeling sedated, subtle effects for some, and mild tiredness at higher doses. Approved as an anxiety medication in Russia.
With a 5 mg vial and 2 mL of water (2.5 mg in every mL), on a 0.3 mL (30-unit) U-100 insulin syringe: the low end, 250 mcg, is 10 units; and the high end, 500 mcg, is 20 units. 20 doses in the vial at the low end. All U-100: 100 units to the mL. A U-40 syringe reads differently.
